CICS Patriots is participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS)’s School & Youth program to help create a world without cancer. Last year, over 559 schools across Illinois joined together and raised over $781,000 to support the LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
With your donation, you will help thousands of children battling cancer right here in Illinois, like our Honored Hero Martez. In 2009, Martez was diagnosed with leukemia and endured several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation. Martez is now in his last year of treatment and will be in the second grade this fall. How to?: Ensure my child’s return to Patriots
There will be an Intent to Return letter coming home with your child this month. Please fill it out and send it in so that we will know your plans for next year. If we do not receive it back, we will release your child’s seat
